RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) POLICY

I have read and understand the RMA instructions and Warranty and Policy and wish to submit this form now. By doing so, I agree to the terms and conditions concerning returned products.

RMA (RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION) POLICY

General information:

1.	An RMA number must be obtained before returning a product. You must specify your original invoice number and a description of the problem. An accurate problem description can help to speed up the solution of your return request.

2.	Return merchandise authorization numbers are valid for 7 days only from issue date. PC Glitches must receive returns within that time. PC Glitches will automatically reject an RMA that is over 7 days from issue.

3.	Display the RMA number prominently on the outside of the shipping box. Item(s) returned without an RMA number properly displayed will not be opened and will be "Returned to Sender" postage due.  Include a copy of the original invoice for each item returned.

4.	Shipment must be received prepaid. This is a standard policy in the PC resale industry where there is only 5% gross margin. With such a low margin, those who experience defective products have to share the cost.  We search the market to find and distribute the products with the lowest return rates possible.

5.	It is important to obtain insurance up to the value of the product when shipping it for RMA to minimize potential financial loss. Damage or loss of goods during shipment is the sole responsibility of the customer.

6.	Special Order items may only be returned for replacement. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items.

7.	All the monitors, hard drives and retail box products are covered under manufacture’s policy. You can find all needed phone numbers on the box.

8.	PC Glitches warranties will be effective from the shipping date of "Original Invoice", not from RMA Replacement.

11.	 In the case of RMA for credit merchandise needs to be received by PC Glitches within 7 days from the RMA date. Any merchandise received for credit after 7 days of the original invoice shipping date will be charged a 20% restocking fee

Replacement:

o	Very often, customers just need some technical support in order to get their products up and running. If you need to speak with one of our technical support specialists please call (931) 431-9091. Please have the following information ready: your invoice number, your manuals and other system information ready, and please be at your computer. It will expedite your handling significantly.

o	A replacement item will not be shipped until the RMA item has been received.

o	PC Glitches will either repair or replace the products. Upon receiving the products, the repaired/replaced item should be shipped out within ten business days.

Credit:

o	Credit is only issued within 7 days of the original invoice date. To receive full credit less shipping, all merchandise must include all appropriate accessory items (Box, cables, disks, manuals, cords, etc).  If we made a mistake while processing your order a full refund including shipping will be applied.

o	Upon receiving the products, credit will be issued within 2 to 4 business days. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded (above exception applies).

Void warranty policy:

o	Defaced merchandise (any writing on goods or the original packaging).
o	Inadequate packaging. All items must be in an appropriate packaging.
o	Physical damage (broken, dented, writing, scratches, cracks, etc.)

Dead on Arrival (D. O. A.):

o	Customer must report D.O.A. to PC Glitches within 7 days after receipt of the goods. You will be issued an RMA number to send the defective product back to us.
