Because we value our customers and respect their
privacy, all personal information provided for order processing is used only
to ensure a wonderful e-commerce experience for you. Your information
is intended solely for use by our customer service department in their
pursuit of achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.
We
promise NEVER to sell any list containing customer information of any sort.
RETURN POLICY
--------------------
Unwanted Items – All items are covered by a 7-day return period. Any items returned other then DOA (Dead on
Arrival) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping is
non-refundable.
General
RMA Procedures – If for any reason your product arrives and it is DOA (Dead
on Arrival) PC Glitches reserves the right to replace or refund the purchase
price of the item less shipping. No
items will be accepted without first receiving a RMA number by contacting support@pcglitches.com with your
order number, date of purchase, and description of problem. All items must be received in original
packaging with all accessories included.
All DOA items must be returned within 7 days of receipt. If the item returned is not DOA, the
customer may agree to either provide funds for return shipping or receive a
refund of the purchase price less shipping and a 15% restocking fee. If you choose to return your product to
the manufacturer and need assistance, please feel free to contact us and we
will be more then happy to help you.
Custom
Built Computers - PC Glitches custom-built systems carry one-year parts and
labor warranty from the receiving date of invoice. Custom built computers may be returned for DOA (Dead on
Arrival) reasons only. All of ours
systems are fully tested before shipping.
If for any reason your computer will not turn on once received, PC
Glitches reserves the right to either fix or refund the entire purchase price
excluding shipping. No items will be
accepted if a RMA number has not been issued. PC Glitches is not responsible for your data – Please
back up any data before returning your items.
Processors – PC Glitches
only sells retail boxed processors.
Although these items are covered under the 7-day return policy, for
faster services, it is highly recommended returning the product to the
manufacturer for replacement. You may
often have a replacement processor in 2-3 days.
Motherboards
and Power Supplies – Due to their sensitive nature, all motherboards and power
supplies must be returned to the manufacturer. This supersedes any information provided above with the
exception of our custom built computers.
Memory – Most memory
items have a lifetime warranty (please check item description to
confirm). If your memory is DOA (Dead
on Arrival) please follow the general RMA procedures. For help with extended warranty services,
please feel free to contact us at support@pcglitches.com
Software
– Software
is not returnable under any circumstances.
OEM software must be purchased with qualifying hardware (hard drive,
floppy, memory for example).
All
Others – Please refer to the general RMA procedures.
Shipping information will be provided with your RMA number.
REQUIRED steps for all returns:
1. Contact support@pcglitches.com for a RMA Number
2. Box and return your product with a copy of the invoice or receipt with
your name and shipping address. Please print the RMA number in 2 different
places on the packaging for faster service.
3. Customer is fully responsible to ship back the product with Delivery
confirmation for the warranty. Insurance is not required but highly
recommended.
SHIPPING
POLICY
----------------------
All credit card
orders placed before 2:00 PM Central Standard Time on products in stock, on
any business day, will be shipped that same day by UPS, subject to credit
approval. If your shipping and billing address are different, please
make this clear; otherwise shipping may be delayed because of verification
requirements. We encourage our customers to use the same billing
address for shipping as it speeds up the shipping process.
NOTE:
PC Glitches only
ships to the United States and APO addresses.
UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box or APO address. If you require your
product to go to one of these you will receive it via the United States
Postal Service.
Refused
Shipments:
The
quickest way for us to be able to handle a return for you is for you to
accept delivery and then contact us about sending the item back. When you
follow this procedure we can credit your account in just a few days. If you
refuse shipment the product goes back to the delivery company and might not
get back to us for 2 or 3 weeks. We cannot process your return until we receive
the product.
If you refuse shipment, your shipping will
still not be refunded, it will only delay your credit for your purchase. On
all shipments to customers, we incur shipping and handling costs. Of course,
if the shipment is a result of a pcglitches.com error, we will issue a credit
for all shipping and handling fees, and the product once it is returned to PC
Glitches. If through no fault of PC Glitches the shipment is refused, we will
charge your account these outbound shipping and handling fees to recover the
expenses we incurred. We also reserve the right to impose a 15% restocking
fee.
SECURITY POLICY

Our Security Policy guarantees that your personal
information is safe and secure. Every credit card purchase you make at
our site is backed by this guarantee.
Explanation of Security
Features
We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which is an industry standard and one of
the best security encryption protocols available today for secure e-commerce
transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including
credit card numbers, name and address, so that they cannot be read as the
information travels over the Internet.
At PC Glitches, we stay informed of developments on the Internet and
on Internet security so that we can ensure that our security software is
always the latest and most up to date.
[Note: An additional "security" feature is that we will ship
only to the address that your bank has on file for the credit card you are
using. This means that if someone other than you tries to use your
credit card number, they will not be able to order and receive those
goods. If for any reason you want an item to be shipped to some address
other than your credit card address, a customer representative will contact
you by telephone as a final check before the item is shipped.]
All of your personal information is used only to ensure the smooth processing
of orders that you have placed. Our staff uses this information mainly
for contacting customers in our ongoing business to ensure good customer
service.
Passwords offer additional protection. Once you have an account and a
password, purchasing products and checking the status of your order becomes
even simpler--as simple as typing in your email address and password.
The use of your password ensures that only you can order products under your
name.
PAYMENTS
-----------------
We currently accept American
Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover.
There will be no surcharge for the use of credit cards, and your card
is not billed until the day the product is ready to be shipped. Please make sure that your shipping
address and phone number are included in your order. WE DO NOT SHIP COD (Cash On Delivery).
CANCELLATION
--------------------
If you wish
to cancel an order before it is shipped, there is no charge involved. If you need to cancel an order that has
already shipped, you will need to notify us of your intent to cancel and we
will only charge you for the shipping charge of the order. If delivery is attempted, you will need to
refuse the parcel; once it is received back into our shipping department and
processed we will make the shipping adjustment to the order. The
difference will be credited to your account upon receipt of the refused
product.
REFUND
----------
REFUND policy: shipping and handling fees are non-refundable and 15%
restocking fee is applied to ALL refunds. In general, the credit or refund
MUST be requested within 7 days from the receipt date. No item will be accepted without first
requesting a RMA number.
**Refund:
1. Please return the items in original package with a copy of
receipt/invoice.
2. A note describes the situation and requests for refund. We will credit to
your account immediately when we receive the items.
3. Mark "Attention: RMA #" on outside of the package. A RMA number must accompany all returns.
SALES
TAX
--------------
Applicable sales
tax will be charged on all orders to be delivered within the state of Tennessee.
BACKORDER POLICY
The product you have ordered is currently
unavailable at any of our warehouse locations. This item may not have been
available either when you ordered it originally or another customer's order
placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. We apologize
for this inconvenience.
Many backordered items are restocked within 4 - 12 days. With that in mind,
we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered. If
you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email at support@pcglitches.com or call (931)
431-9091.
We regret that we are unable to provide estimated time of arrival (ETA dates)
for any backordered products either via our web site, e-mail or telephone.
DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Due to the fast pace of the computer and consumer
products industries, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make
every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-the-minute information.
Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our web site may be
mispriced.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical,
photographic, or technical error or error in pricing information received
from our suppliers, PC Glitches shall have the right to refuse or cancel any
orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the
lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel
your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You
will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct
price, if you so wish.
While we make every attempt to verify prices before charging your credit
card, PC Glitches shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed
on mispriced product whether or not the order has been confirmed and your
credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the
purchase and your order is canceled, PC Glitches shall immediately issue a
credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of
payment, as established by our credit department. We may require additional
verifications or information before accepting any order.
Given the popularity of some products, PC Glitches may restrict the number of
such items that you may purchase. We will let you know whether we can
accommodate your request. This information is subject to change.
THIS

PRODUCT AND/OR SERVICE, AND NOT BY PC GLITCHES. PC GLITCHES DOES NOT WARRANT
THAT YOUR ACCESS TO THE SITE AND/OR RELATED SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR
ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THIS SITE OR THE SERVER
THAT MAKES IT AVAILABLE IS FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
OTACOM DOES NOT WARRANT OR MAKE ANY REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE USE OR THE
RESULTS OF THE USE OF ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED IN TERMS OF ITS COMPATIBILITY,

OTHER DAMAGES (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OR
CORRUPTION OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL. WORK STOPPAGE, COMPUTER FAILURE OR
MALFUNCTION, OR INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS) UNDER ANY CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE,
STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHER THEORY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE
SITE, SITE-RELATED SERVICES, OR ANY PRODUCTS OR SERVICES OFFERED, SOLD OR
DISPLAYED ON OTACOM SITE.
IF THE
FOREGOING LIMITATION IS HELD TO BE UNENFORCEABLE, THE MAXIMUM LIABILITY OF PC
GLITCHES AND ITS SERVICE PROVIDERS TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF FEES
PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES YOU HAVE ORDERED THROUGH THE SITE.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR
CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU
TO THE EXTENT SUCH JURISDICTION. LAW IS APPLICABLE TO THIS AGREEMENT.

responsible for any typographical errors. The systems come with one-year parts
and labor warranty. The customers will be responsible to ship the warranty
products to a PC Glitches facility for
repair or replacement and PC
Glitches is responsible for the way ship back to you. Shipping and
handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. 15% restocking fees may apply to ALL
returns.
