Q: How do I request a RMA number?
A:
To request a RMA number please fill out our online RMA form.
Q: What shipping providers do you use?
A:
For most orders to the United States we use UPS. For shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO addresses we will use USPS. Please be advised that using USPS may delay your order.
Q: Can I stop by your store and pick up my item?
A:
In some cases YES. Some items listed on our website will ship straight from our distributors. If you are wanting to pick up an item locally, please call to verify price and availabilty. Store items may be a little higher to offset the costs of shipping and handling.
Q: When will my order ship?
A:
Most orders placed before 2:00pm EST will ship the same day. If the item you requested is backordered, it will normally ship out 2-10 days from the time you placed your order.
Q: What if the item I received was defective?
A:
If an item you ordered is defective simply request an RMA number within 7 days of receipt and we will ship out a replace item. If a replacement item is not available, pcglitches.com will either upgrade your item at no additional cost or issue a full refund minus shipping.
Q: What if I no longer want the item I ordered?
A:
Items that have already been shipped - If your pcglitches.com order has already been shipped you can return your item by requesting an RMA number within 7 days of the receipt date. A full refund will be issued less shipping.
Items that have not yet shipped - If your pcglitches.com order hasn't shipped yet, you will be issued a full refund.

Your information is intended solely for use by our customer service department in their pursuit of achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.
